User Agreement
By signing up for our service, this is an Agreement between you and ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC. and applies to the use of the ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC web application service and/or Web Site Service and any related products and services (collectively the "Service").
In this Agreement, "you" or "your" refers to any person or entity using the Service ("Users"). Unless otherwise stated, "ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC ", "we" and "our" will refer collectively to ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents and contractors.
Financial Arrangements
This agreement will automatically renew each month unless cancelled in writing prior to each months renewal date. If you wish to discontinue the Service prior to the end of the billing cycle, you can request a credit at any time for the unused pre-paid service period. Unless otherwise stated, all references to a "credit card" include Visa-, MasterCard- and American Express- branded cards.
Training and Support
ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC will provide training on the utilization of the webpage services to ensure the client is able to continue the maintenance of their application. ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC will always to be available to answer questions on the utilization of the Content Management System
Material and Products
ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC makes no representations, warranties or assurances that the Client's equipment will be compatible with the Service.
Age
The Client certifies that he or she is at least 18 years of age.
Termination
This agreement may be terminated by either party. Not withstanding the above, ASA SCADA & Associates, LLC may terminate Service under this agreement at any time, without penalty, if the Client fails to comply with the terms of this agreement.
By "Signing Up" you agree to the terms and conditions stated above. Click here to register for a monthly membership for unlimited SCADA reports for your property. Our pricing for unlimited SCADA reports will be $189 per month on a monthly membership fee basis.
